What I like Most About Taekwon-Do: Fitness/flexibility, whilst learning something new that is a useful skill, I enjoy the life style benefits, and discipline that TKD provides. I value very highly the skill, tutorship and friendship of our instructors, and enjoy the camaraderie of our TKD club environment.

Other Interests: Walking our dog, golf, rugby, but most of all my wife Pauline and sons Daniel & Joshua and being a part of their interests and sports.

What I like Most About Taekwon-Do: There is so much to like. the challenges both personal and club. There is never a boring class. The Art, the discipline, and the moral culture. The whole enviornment and the friendships you develop is something to treasure.

Future Goals: To develop my skills as an instructor along with my art and continue with the kids class.

I would also one day like to move into an examiners role and officiate at tournaments. eg. referee.

Other Interests: My husband Murray, my two sons Harlem (and his partner Jess) & Tod, my 2 grandchildren Oscar & Charlie, making art, staying fit and healthy, cooking and anything else that takes my fancy at the time.

What I like Most About Taekwon-Do: The fact that I ALWAYS look forward to class (without fail.) The Art, the moral culture, the Taranaki Taekwon-Do club environment, seeing the kids in the Wednesday kids class grow and develop skills, assisting with Instructing in junior and senior classes and all of my

Taekwon-do classmates.

Future Goals: To continue helping with the kids class, to work towards becoming a good instructor, to be as physically flexible as Mr. Livingstone!!! (I wish)
